Nemaha Water Services is an environmental oilfield services company focused on the complicated water aspect of the oil & gas industry. Handling saltwater, fresh frac water, and frac flowback is one of the most challenging aspects facing oil & gas operators. Not only is it a logistical headache; but also, this water represents a major threat to the environment. At Nemaha, we view water as an even greater precious resource than the oil & gas itself. We believe our industry-leading approaches to this global challenge sets us apart.
Nemaha Water Services, L.P. (“the Company”) is an environmental oilfield services company focused on the tail-end of the oil production process. We develop, acquire, and manage Class II Underground Injection Control (UIC) facilities (aka saltwater disposal wells or SWD) in the Mid-Continent region of the United States. These facilities are selectively located for logistical convenience and designed to exceed all environmental standards. Our services reduce the cost and downtime related to waste water disposal to include produced brine and frac flow back for oil & gas operators.
We are pursuing a consolidation strategy of commercial SWD facilities across multiple producing regions in the mid-Continent region of the United States. Initial focus is on Oklahoma and its multiple producing regions. This includes the Mississippi Lime of Northwest Oklahoma, the Granite Wash in far western Oklahoma, the Cana-Woodford Shale, the Mississippi-Woodford Combo, and the newly-defined South Central Oklahoma Oil Province.
By creating a dominant state presence, Nemaha can cement long-term affiliations with water hauling providers as well as form strategic partnerships directly with oil & gas operators (as opposed to merely marketing our services).
We believe this expansive footprint coupled with forward-thinking approaches such as total water solutions, large-scale recycling concepts, and revenue-sharing partnerships will generate long-term, predictable cash-flow streams.
